Warranty & Disclaimer

Limited Warranty

     All materials, parts, and equipment are warranted by the manufacturers or suppliers' written warranty only. All labor performed by Noble Plumbing is warranted for 30 days or as otherwise indicated in writing. Noble Plumbing makes no other warranties, express or implied, and its agents or technicians are not authorized to make any such warranties on behalf of Noble Plumbing.
     All work to be done on a time and material basis including travel time unless otherwise agreed upon in a contract.

Drain Cleaning Disclaimer and Warranty

     Any drain cleaning cable, which becomes stuck in the line, is the responsibility of the customer for removal and/or additional repairs. The contractor will not take any responsibility for any damage to the pipes or drain and sewer lines or any other damage arising in the course of cleaning any drain or sewer lines. The contractor does not assume any responsibility for breakage of any toilet, p-trap or fixture while being pulled.

     The customer understands there is no guarantee or warranty on a drain cleaning without a camera inspection showing drain is free of debris and breaks. The warranty period given is 30 days. Any foreign objects (“flushable” wipes, tampons, children’s toys, etc.) pulled back during a drain cleaning will void your warranty.

AO Smith Water Heater Warranty

     Six year warranty on A.O. Smith water heater tank and controls. 30 days warranty on labor. 
     Restrictions: all warranties are subject to proper usage of products. Negligence, user inflicted damage, and/or abuse will void all warranties. All warranties are subject to full payment for the project, clients who fail to make full payment have no plumbing warranty. Warranty is valid only to home owner at time of installation.
